It wasn't until my recent trip to the Perot Museum of Nature and Science I came literally face to face with human anatomy that gave me a huge lightbulb moment. On the biology level human cadavers put my abstract pain into full color. Enthesitis is inflammation of a tendon or ligament at it's "insertion point" aka the place it attaches to bone. As you can now see there isn't room for anything much less a massive built up of extra TNF. So when that TNF clings onto that insertion point it stretches, pulls, yanks and hurts like heck! That cause our immune system to then think we hurt it somehow and guess what? Even more immunologic crap (army troops) shows up to the site to repair nothing. The result is clown feet heels! I will add photos of my heels when my stolen laptop issue resolves. Hope the 411 helps!
